3. Products and Pricing

All products and services displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Prices are stated in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applicable to the Customer is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards,
and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

All transactions are processed via SSL-secured encrypted connections. The Seller does not store card details.
Payment data is processed directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.

5. Delivery Method (Personal Pickup Only)

Products are available exclusively for personal pickup in Novalja – Planjka Beach (Croatia).
After completing the order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation with pickup instructions.
The Seller does not provide shipping or postal delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for temporary website unavailability due to technical issues beyond its control.
The Seller reserves the right to correct any technical errors related to product descriptions or pricing.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
In case of dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If not possible, the competent court in Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
