Refund Policy – Digital Discount Voucher
By purchasing a discount voucher, the user confirms that all relevant information about the product has been clearly presented prior to purchase, including the description of benefits, list of partners, and terms of use.
As this is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase and not subject to physical damage, refunds are not available once the purchase has been completed.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the user expressly agrees to the immediate delivery of digital content and thereby waives the right of withdrawal (14-day cancellation right).
Exception:
A refund may be granted only in cases where the user can demonstrate that:
the advertised discount could not be redeemed at a partner location listed in the application, and
the attempt to use the discount was made in full compliance with the stated terms and conditions (including time restrictions, usage rules, or other limitations).
In such cases, the user must provide valid proof (e.g. receipt, photo evidence, or communication with the partner). Each request will be reviewed individually.

2. Return Conditions
If a physical product needs to be returned, it must be returned unused and undamaged (where applicable). Return-related costs (if any) are borne by the Customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly provided.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after approval of the return. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction (via Stripe).
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the product is defective or incorrectly provided, the Customer may request a replacement.
